Star of Hope offers Community-Based Services centered on assisting individuals
with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently
as possible while encouraging active participation in their communities.
Day Support Activites
This program provides structured, skill-building activities that promote independence, socialization, and community inclusion.

Supported Living
This program is designed for individuals who do not require 24-hour residential care but still need personalized assistance to manage daily living.

Assistance with Daily Living: Supports include help with personal care, meal preparation, medication management, budgeting, housekeeping, and other activities that promote independence.

Community Integration: Encourages community engagement by supporting participation in social, recreational, and employment-related activities.
Community Living Supports
This program empowers independence and is designed to provide individuals with the assistance they need to thrive in their homes and communities.

Attendant Care: Skilled providers deliver personalized support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), enabling individuals to maintain their dignity and autonomy. Services include help with personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and more.

Skills Training: Focused on empowering individuals with the necessary skills to navigate daily challenges, our training fosters self-sufficiency and confidence.

Supported Employment
This program provides individualized support to help participants achieve greater independence, financial stability, and community integration through meaninful employment.
